We want all our members to be satisfied with their experience at PulseFit Gym. If for any reason you’re not happy with our services within the first 30 days of your membership, we offer a full refund. Simply contact our customer service team, and we’ll process your request. After the first 30 days, refunds are not available, but we offer flexible membership plans that can be adjusted to fit your needs. Please review our terms and conditions for more details.
